As a followup to our inaugural Canada-Nigeria Business & Investment Summit in October 2019 we are delighted to announce a regular webinar series covering trade and investment opportunities between Canada and Nigeria, culminating in our 2nd Annual Summit on October 7-9, 2021.

Our webinar series will open with general sessions on Nigeria (economy, areas of opportunity, risk profile, COVID-19 situation, Canadian support, financing, etc) and then shift to specific industry sectors (see list below).

Panelists for our first webinar on July 15 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm EDT include:

Nigeria has the highest largest economy in Africa (GDP of $376 billion in 2017) and the largest population (195 million) in addition to one of the largest populations of youth in the world. With an abundance of resources, it is Africa’s biggest oil exporter, ranks first in African in farm output and also has the largest natural gas reserves on the continent.
