Good Night Aunty Mi – Ronnie Dikko

News

While I acknowledged the fact that death is a debt humanity must pay, the timing is what is beyond human control. I least expected your sudden and painful exist at a time you should continue your service to humanity through political participation and gender advocacy.

Since I met you 23 years ago through Madam Adenike Jones , we glued together like Siamese Twins we lived together, wined and dined together, weathered the storms of life together as your life epitomized humanity, friendliness and generosity. Your indelible marks in the sand of time in Lagos State as Secretary to the State Government during Governor Babatunde Fashola’s tenure remains invaluable. Noted for consistency and loyalty, your politics was people-centered , selfless and without bitterness.

I want to wish you a blissful journey home to your maker Aunty , keep resting on the bosom of the Lord until His Kingdom comes. Amen.

Adieu auntie mi Princess Aderele Ogunsanya. Good night till we meet again.
